Shipping policy

Most orders for premade parts are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you require same-day shipping, please text or call to confirm our ability to ship that day. Many of our custom manufactured items may have leadtimes. For example, a hovercraft skirt takes time to manufacture. A lift fan or blades may be able to be shipped immediately. Contact us if time is an issue. Selecting same-day shipping doesn’t necessarily mean it can ship the same day.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
